The company is listing all its issued ordinary shares to enhance liquidity in the secondary market and position itself to access long-term capital from local and international investors.
A “Facts Behind the Listing” presentation by Zichis Agro Allied Industries’ board and management is scheduled for January 20, 2026, to provide insights into the company’s strategic vision and growth plans.
Operating across multiple sectors of the agricultural value chain, Zichis Agro Allied Industries Plc manages poultry, fish, piggery, snail, goat, and cow farming, as well as palm oil estates and crop farming, including plantain, rice, and maize intercropping. It also produces enriched animal feed for birds and fish.
The company’s primary farm spans over 18 acres in Imegun village, Ijebu Itele, Ogun State, featuring five poultry pen houses, a snail farmhouse, and 32 earthen ponds housing more than 2,000 fish each. Zichis Agro has recently built a multi-purpose feed mill plant and is expanding with a second plant to increase production for both internal use and external sales.
Plans are underway to expand the palm oil estate from five to 100 acres, integrating it with plantain, maize, and rice fields. The farm also maintains strategic partnerships with local farmers to grow high-quality maize and sweet corn, supporting backward integration for feed production.
The company boasts a net worth exceeding N450 million, a share capital of N300 million, and recorded gross revenue of N132 million for the 2023 financial year, with profit after tax surpassing N8.1 million and retained earnings of over N21.1 million.
Zichis Agro Allied Industries Plc’s diversified and vertically integrated farming operations are designed to enhance food production, drive economic growth, and address food shortages in Nigeria and sub-Saharan Africa.
