KWSG trains livestock farmers to enhance food security, jobs

Kwara State Government (KWSG) has initiated a study tour for livestock farmers to enhance the livestock industry in the state. This move is part of the government’s efforts to enhance livestock production, improve food security, and create job opportunities for the people of Kwara State.

The training programmes organised by KWSG cover various topics, including small ruminant production, crop residue processing, and commercial fodder production. These initiatives aim to equip farmers with modern farming techniques, improve productivity, and increase income.
