East Anglian pig farmers have achieved remarkable recognition at the National Pig Awards in London, celebrating their excellence and contributions to the British pig industry.

Among the winners were some standout producers from the region:

Indoor Producer of the Year: Bridge House Farm, a cutting-edge pig breeding unit in Northamptonshire, was lauded for its innovative use of technology and data to improve productivity and sustainability.

Outdoor Producer of the Year: Horton Farms, a Norfolk-based 1,000-sow outdoor breeding unit, earned accolades for its skilled workforce and effective vaccination program.

Producer of the Year: Charlie Thompson of Bridge House Farm was recognized for his exceptional contributions to the pig sector, solidifying his role as a leader in the industry.
