The two men were killed by armed bandits on their cashew farms, leaving behind a trail of destruction and despair.

Pastor Gideon’s killing on Sunday, February 22, 2026, was a devastating blow to the community. He was ambushed by bandits on his farm, his locally made gun destroyed, and his body severely mutilated. The attack has sparked outrage and calls for increased security measures to protect farmers and residents.
