Gunmen Shoot Farmer, Kidnaps Wife

Gunmen shot a tomato farmer, Daniel Adesida, and abducted his wife in Akure, Ondo State, on Wednesday night. The attack occurred around 8:45 p.m. along Oda Road, with the farmer sustaining a gunshot injury to his right hand while trying to resist the assailants.

The police responded promptly, mobilizing operatives to the scene, securing the area, and providing medical attention to the injured farmer.
